  • Centralized Admission Process

    The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) provides the facility for submitting Online Applications for the purpose of seeking admission for various Programmes offered by the colleges affiliated to the University.
    The Online Admission Process aims a lofty goal to extend hands to the candidates from the socially and financially backward sectors of the society and those residing in the remote locations.

    Key Features - Centralized Portal for admission to UG / PG/ B.Ed. / M.Ed. / Afsal Ul Ulama and other Professional Programmes offered by the University/Affiliated Colleges - Admin Portal for University Staff and Colleges for Reviewing and Reporting. - Instant Notifications to the candidates through Email & SMS - Interoperable with the Student Portal, College/Department Portal, Examination System.

Students’ Grievance Redressal System

Students’ Grievance Portal is launched exclusively for the benefit of the students under SC/ST category to register their complaints and queries online. These complaints are addressed immediately by the Branch/ Section concerned.

Key Features
- Students need not visit the University for launching the complaint as they can submit the application remotely at any time as per their convenience.
- Provides easy verification/tracking of complaints submitted by the students, which in turn helps to resolve the same without further delay.

Integrated Students’ Portal

Students’ Portal is a platform to provide all student centric services.
Students can access all University services through this portal.
All students registered under the University will be able to login to the portal based on their Register Number/CAPID.

- Examination Registration, Hall ticket & ID Card downloading.
- View Syllabus, Notifications, Timetables & Internal Marks.
- Revaluation Application.
- Examination/Revaluation Results.
- Digital feedback (Course/Teacher) submission.

Department / College Portal

Digital platform for the University teaching Departments and Affiliated Colleges to manage data related faculty profile, department/College profile and infrastructure details.
All teaching departments and affiliated Colleges can avail the University services through the Portal.

Major Functionalities
- Programme Affiliation and Management.
- Manage Infrastructure details, Profile (Teaching and Non-Teaching staff).
- Research Activity Management.
- University-Industry linkage Service.
- Regular Examination Registration.
- Question Bank Management.

Key Features

- Reduction in manual work and effective time management.
- Departments need not manage the hard copies of the course registration forms.
- e-Payment system integrated.
- Data collected through the portal is effectively used by the College Development Council, CCSS, Centralized Admission System, Pareeksha Bhavan, Exam Monitoring Cell and Exam Accounts Branch for various purposes.

Centre for e-Learning: Learn Space - Moodle based LMS

Implemented Moodle based Learning management System and conducted hands-on training programmes for the faculty members of the University Teaching Departments and Affiliated Colleges.


- Total Number of faculty members enrolled: 359.
- Total Number of students enrolled: 2194.
- Total Number of courses created: 578.
