Finance & Payroll

Payroll Management System

The Payroll Management System is developed and maintained by the CUCC. The system manages Employee's financial records including Salary, Deductions, Leave, Arrears, Net Pay and Generation of Pay slips, etc.

Key Features
- Complete Salary Management System with reports.
- Salary and Arrears Processing, Professional Tax Calculation, Recovery Deduction Management and Income Tax Calculation.
- Generation of various reports like Salary Report, Deduction Report, salary Certificate, Reconciliation Report and, Form 16-part B..

Provident Fund Management System

The Provident Fund Management System with all necessary user and admin level reports are developed and implemented by the CUCC.


Key Features
- Employees can view their credit slip, ledger card, taxable account and non-refundable eligible amount.
- Users can generate the non-refundable and refundable eligible amount statements and verify the eligibility for loans..

Pension Management System

The Pension Management System is an in-house developed software which includes an exclusive data bank of all pensioners including UGC, State Govt. and the family pensioners
Key Features
- Used for the purpose of monthly pension bill processing, pension arrears processing and DR arrears processing.
- Income Tax Calculation and Processing.

e -Payment System

The e-Payment system integration with all existing software services is done in collaboration with the State Bank of India and facilitates online remittance of all fees/payments to the University.

The provision for generating e-Challan and to make the payment at Friends Janasevana Kendram, AKSHAYA or Post office is also provisioned in the system.


Key Features
- Internet Banking options of 50+ Banks, credit card, debit card and UPI Payments.
- Payment at Friends/Akshaya and Post office.
- 10,70,073 number of e-Payments were done through this system in the financial year 2021- 2022.
